What is Aviato Club? This is a new way of living built upon community, flexibility, and a fundamental belief that we are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with.

A spacious 4000 sq ft property close to Disney, Universal and Warner Bros. and few blocks from the New York Film Academy. We are surrounded by street shops, various restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A bus stop conveniently located across the street! The unit has 6 bathrooms, hardwood floors and original tiles. Our rooms can accommodate 2, 4, 6 and 8 people.

Each property is designed in our signature style, from the living and co-working areas to the kitchen and sleeping quarters. Common areas are the working space with large desks and chairs, available for you to use anytime and a kitchen with all appliances like spoons, plates, pots etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge. Food is not provided.

Home to renowned TV and movie studios including Walt Disney, Universal and Warner Bros. Only 2 minutes away from Warner Bros. Studios. The Martial Arts History Museum exhibits weapons and pop culture ephemera. The Falkon Theatre, founded by director Garry Marchall, focuses on new writing and improvisation.
