Nomad Coliving is a pilot project initiated by Octo D and a local digital nomad group in 2016, we started a first of its kind residence for local and international entrepreneurs, freelancers and remote workers.

We are offering fully furnished rooms in a renovated building, for a period of 1 to 6 months in downtown Montreal. The residents are selected through an application process by a committee that will choose candidates that are most likely to benefit from this experience.

A program of weekly social activities and local impact actions are planned by your hosts, the local entrepreneurs!

Neighbourhood

Gay Village, Montreal, Canada

Montreal is a beautiful city, marked by its particular blend between western European and American culture, which can be experienced through the eclectic blend of architecture, business practices and languages. Birthplace of Moment Factory, hosting video game giants such as Ubisoft and events like C2 Montreal, it's easy to see why Montreal is considered one of North America's premier high-tech cities.

The compact Gay Village has an upbeat vibe and a lively club scene. In summer, the main street, Rue Sainte-Catherine, is pedestrian-only and strung with pink decorations, and bars and eateries spill onto terraces in the street. Rue Amherst is known for its boutiques and antique shops.
