Outsite was founded in 2015 to serve a new segment of location flexible professionals looking to integrate their life and their work. From the simple seed of an idea - to live and work in beautiful locations surrounded by interesting people - Outsite was born.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are private suites with bathrooms. There’s an open workspace in the centre of the house, making it easy to meet your housemates as well as getting work done in a light and comfortable environment. The house is filled with daylight and surrounded by trees, giving you a sense of space in the city. There’s also a large communal kitchen and lounge area on the ground floor, finished with modern decor and all the appliances you may need.

Bouldin Creek is a diverse, laid-back neighborhood in touch with the “Keep Austin Weird” vibe. Quirky shops mix with trendy cafes and old-school Mexican joints. There’s also a thriving food trailer scene. A waterfront park, Auditorium Shores, features events at the Long Center for the Arts, plus skyline views and a Stevie Ray Vaughn memorial. Quaint residential areas have bungalows from the 1920s and ’30s.

With more than 350 live music venues, a tech festival and hot summers, Austin's a hell of a place to be. Check out South Congress and all the cafes that come with it, or Bird to Barton Springs to cool off in a swimming hole - Texan summers can get pretty hot and humid! In March, the city is taken over by SXSW. Anybody who's somebody knows this festival, and the nightlife that comes with it.
