Outsite was founded in 2015 to serve a new segment of location flexible professionals looking to integrate their life and their work. From the simple seed of an idea - to live and work in beautiful locations surrounded by interesting people - Outsite was born.

Outsite Santa Cruz // Oxford has a designated workspace, large communal living area, outdoor deck, yoga room, shared bikes and a well equipped kitchen, ideal for making this place feel like home. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. Whilst you’re here, you’ll be able to hop over to our other property, Outsite Green House. You can look forward to weekly activities, being in walking distance of the local markets, bars, and cafes, and getting to see the sunset on West Cliff every day.

Outsite’s Santa Cruz villas are located one block from the ocean and scenic West Cliff Drive. There are several great beaches, quiet hidden coves and bay views within minutes of your front door. Hop on one of our bikes to explore the neighborhood. Shop for fresh produce at the farmer’s market. Sample a pint at a local brewery. Get buzzed on caffeine or taste a flight of fantastic wine. The possibilities are limitless. With 29 beaches surrounding the city, Santa Cruz is famous for world-class waves and natural wonders.
