Our 19th century 4-floor house has over 200 sq meters of common areas, a dream kitchen, communal supplies, and up to 20 workspaces with 24/7 access. A place to enjoy a real work-leisure balance.

Javea has three main areas namely Javea old town, Javea port, & the beach area. The old town has not changed much and is a maze of narrow winding streets with homes that have wrought iron balconies and windows in gothic style. There are many ancient churches and other structures. The harbor and fishing port has numerous restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. The Arenal beach area is the main commercial and recreation centre of the town.
