The co.space is the home for changemakers. We are home to driven undergraduate students, self-directed learners and experienced young professionals, ages 18-35, all living under one roof. Those who call co.space family are committed to finding purpose and meaning through their lives. From social entrepreneurs to sustainability enthusiasts, educators to agriculturalists, tinkerers to designers, the co.space is a diverse tribe. As an organization, our primary goal is to support one another to take the steps we each need to be effective changemakers.

From cave showers to rotating hydroponic greenhouses – our home is designed to be a hands-on, living laboratory for innovation and sustainability that you can contribute to. Each co.spacer cooks three dinners per semester for the house, so that every Sunday and Wednesday there is a house meal. Chefs spend no more than $5/person for dinners and our custom co.app coordinates all of the details so chefs know how many to cook for each week.

Whether you're a Penn State student or a young professional, join us in living at one of the highest-ranked places in State College! We're home to 20 individuals and have openings starting as soon as January 1, 2020 - please inquire soon if interested as these will fill fast.
